Delegation

You've probably heard about delegation and thought, “I can't afford to delegate anything. I don't have enough money.”

Maybe that's true. But you can estimate what your time is worth in dollars. I'm using dollars because you might delegate work through Upwork. Then you can compare your hourly rate with what freelancers charge, including freelancers in India or the Philippines.

For example, if an hour of my time is worth $25, I can hire a freelancer for $7 an hour. That would be a good rate for them.

This can free up your time for things that matter more in your life or business. It also gives someone else a chance to earn money by doing work for you.

First, work out what your time is worth. Then consider which tasks you could delegate and check how much they cost on freelance marketplaces.
