Choose one priority for each day
Published:
The idea is to focus on one task you need to get done each day. It helps you avoid spreading yourself too thin, stay focused, and make progress every day.
I try to choose one main priority each day. Without one, I can get lost in my own thoughts, going over everything I need to do. Then it becomes harder to make progress.
Once I write down the day's priority, I know what to focus on. It might be something urgent, enjoyable, or fun. This also helps me manage my time.
I also recommend keeping a to-do list. It doesn't matter which system you use or whether you keep the list in an app or a notebook. It should help you reach your goals.
A useful habit is to write your to-do list first thing in the morning. Choose the day's main task and add a few other things you'd like to get done. That way, you'll make progress toward your goals much faster.
Write down anything that needs your time instead of trying to remember it. Add every new task that comes to mind to a master list. Each morning, use that list to choose what you want to do that day.
Imagine how far you'd get over a year if you did one thing that mattered to you every day.
